The Master Gardeners of Monroe County are joining with the Kettle Creek Envioronmental Center to offer this informative and fun day-long workshop. covering common houseplants, forcing bulbs for indoor winter beauty, straw bale gardening or gardening with ticks in mind. Discuss planting ornamental bulbs, planting and harvesting garlic, Spotted Lanternfly. There will also be a question and answer session with Master Gardener Hotline specialists.

  2. Across the Delaware: A Fine art Exhibilt for Second

    October 13, 2018, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ The Cooperage Project

    This fine art exhibit features the beautiful works of Delaware Valley regional artists! The Cooperage, 1030 main street in Honesdale, will be transformed into an art gallery for the Second Saturday! Be sure to save the date -- this is an event you do not want to miss. The Wayne County Arts Alliance, The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance and The Cooperage are all coming together to curate a juried fine art exhibit of multiple regional artists in downtown Honesdale. Artwork will be available for purchase. The following artists will be exhibiting their work: Ula Nero, Susan Cottle, Todd Anderson, Anthony Biancoviso, Claudia Bocker, Elizabeth Castellano, Warren Pardi, Dorothy Gillespie, Alan Wood, and Ellen Silberlicht. This exhibit is free and open to the public from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
